Florence-Rome A1 Highway. Get off in Valdichiana / Bettolle. Take the highway in direction of Perugia and get off in SP Lauretana/ Montepulciano / Cortona. Follow the directions for Montepulciano and after 6 km turn left towards Pozzuolo/ Petrignano . You pass the Hotel Borgo Tre Rose and reach Petrignano del Lago.
